A roll-a-way bed is available for a 3rd guest, if needed,
for a $10 per night fee. Sleeper sofas are no longer available.

Cabin Rental Policies
Reservation Policy: We do not hold cabins without a deposit. Nightly deposit (1-6 nights) is $75, Weekly deposit (7-27 nights) is $150, and Monthly deposit (28 nights) is $500. A reservation deposit is only to hold the cabin and does not guarantee the rate if a rate increase is deemed necessary. The exception being a reservation with a paid in full balance prior to any rate increase.
Max stay (monthly) is 4 weeks (28 nights). In-Season winter guests are limited to a total of 28 nights during
Nov 1 - Mar 31.
Please remember that you are required to be an Elk member in good standing to rent the cabins. Elks may reserve up to 3 cabins in their name for themselves, friends and family. The Elk member must pay the deposits and rents on these cabins. Payments cannot be accepted from Non-Members. Non-members cannot stay in the cabins without their sponsoring Elk member also on the premises. The Elk member is responsible for the cabin and their guests occupying it.
Cabins may be reserved up to one year in advance. We make reservations on a first come/first serve basis. If there is a specific time period that you are interested in, you may take the opportunity to be added to a waiting list.
Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund you must do so at least 48 hours prior to reservation date for nightly and weekly rentals and at least 2 weeks prior to reservation date for monthly rentals. Email and voicemail cancel notification is acceptable. If cancellation notice is less than the period stated above, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check In and Check Out: Check-in time is between 3pm and 4pm. There will be no early check-ins unless guest pays $25 early check-in fee. Check out time is 11am. The time between check out and check in is important for our housecleaning staff to maintain the cabins. There will be a $25/hour charge for late check-outs.
If you will be arriving after 4pm or on the weekend please refer to your confirmation letter.
